Foreverfamily Atlanta
Foreverfamily Atlanta is located inside the Heritage Station Apartments in the Pittsburgh neighborhood in Southwest Atlanta. In our 3,000 sq ft facility, we offer weekly youth-oriented programs focused on helping children develop their educational, interpersonal and leadership skills as well as enriching their experience with cultural and recreational activities . Michael Lucas is the Director and in addition to the After School program on Tuesdays and Thursdays, there are monthly prison trips to Arrendale and Pulaski State Prisons for Women as well as the Guardian Angel’s Caregivers Project which supports the grandparents and family members who care for the children during the parent’s incarceration. Ff Atlanta is the prototype for all the Ff affiliates and has piloted every aspect of Foreverfamily’s program model.

Foreverfamily Louisville
Based on strong community interest and a need for the services, Foreverfamily, collaborating with the faith community, other nonprofits, corrections, community residents, and others, opened Foreverfamily Louisville in Kentucky on April 1, 2008.
James Leavell is the Program Director and he holds orientations 3 times a year for men at Dismas Portland, and St. Anne’s two transitional center operated by Dismas Charities, Inc. Once fathers graduate from the class, Ff Louisville holds a Family Celebration where fathers, their children and family members enjoy a 5 hour visit filled with food, games and activities. April 2009 marked Foreverfamily Louisville’s one year anniversary. During the first year, the affiliate served 50 fathers and 100 children.
